Primarily for high-level executive and senior technical searches that are time sensitive and/or critical, this model optimizes our focus and client engagement.

  • Highly-­focused and confidential, we apply an all­ hands ­on­ deck mentality for searches with an emphasis on speed.
  • All candidates undergo a comprehensive vetting process and are presented ready to interview, based on our client’s requirements.
  • This search is more friendly than a standard retained search in that there is only one smaller up-front fee to initiate the search with the rest of the balance due on start date. 
  • We refund 100% of the fee if the candidate leaves prior to 6 months from start date.

 

Contingency Search

If your program has a number of needs – especially highly-technical or manager level and below, our contingency search model makes sense.

  • All candidates undergo a comprehensive vetting process and are presented ready to interview, based on our client’s requirements.
  • This type of search allows us to spend time getting to know your Security Program, giving us a deeper understanding of the types of candidates that work for your culture and needs. 
  • We do contingency searches on an exclusive basis. 
  • We replace the candidate free of charge if he/she leaves prior to 6 months.

 

Contract Placement

Full-time Security staffing can be expensive. More and more, companies are choosing a “try before you buy” model by hiring contractors, or they embrace a contract hiring model exclusively for certain positions. 

  • All candidates undergo a comprehensive vetting process and are presented ready to interview, based on our client’s requirements.
  • Talon Placement functions as the hires employer of note, handling all back office functions – taxes, unemployment, worker’s comp – everything.
  • The client company is billed once a week or once every two weeks for the contractor’s hours worked.
